sungura	Hi Josh, et al. I am having trouble downloading the latest Sanatorium podcast. I checked my donation status and it is still paying regularly from pay pal. Any ideas on what I’m doing wrong. I have downloaded others with no problem. thanks for all the work you do on the Ship. Carol

Mike Boris	I read the forum title as “Santoro Problem”. My first thought was, he’s finally pushed Tony over the edge. Glad to see it’s just a feed issue.

	I think the donors may need to be sent a special password. A way to log in. I can log into the forums fine, but that doesn’t help me get to the Sanatorium.

Josh	Where are you having trouble accessing the Sanatorium shows? I tried the show in iTunes and was able to download episode #44 without any problems.

Josh	So you typically can access the shows right through the site? I thought you had to get them through the private feed.

Darren	I haven’t had any problems downloading the latest episode. I get it through the rss feed via google reader using the password.

It should work with the rss feed found on the website (I cannot remember the reed URL). We stopped using passowrds and its now direct from iTunes or which ever RSS reader… seems like the old passowrds must still be in operation. The preferred method it just to use the rss feed direct in iTunes or what other podcatcher you use.

sungura	I use the rss feed or zencast manager which has worked for ?? however long. Over a year I guess. Gonzalo	I’ve never used a password, just the feed I was given when I first started donating. Is there a separate way to access the content? The last show I downloaded was 44, back on the 6th of February. http://plus.tl/gonzalo
