  1. There you go! Wow, what a great story, the Cory Doctorow one. Doing what sci fi does best! Thanks for airing it. I’ve mostly been listening to Escape Pod and Clarkesworld, but I’m so happy to come across yours, Tony. I’ll definitely be back. You’ve got a great voice too. ~ John Johnson

    • Ah John, great stuff. Yes, please pop by any time. We’ve a load of great stuff waiting to be listened!

  2. I love Cory Doctorow too, so this three-parter has been a special treat… as was finding Starshipsofa. I had heard about this podcast previously, but as with so many things on the net, sifting through what is worth listening or subscribing to can be a full time job in itself. I guess I should have paid more attention to the reviews… which I suppose are really becoming testiment to good content on the web these days.

I was a hardcore Escapepod fan till Steve Eley left, and though have found a number of other Sci-fi podcasts, none really seemed to either measure up or fit the bill for my tastes. This StarshipSofa really is ‘da lick!’ it is a four course meal of podcasting fulfilment which goes way beyond anything I expected and could have hoped for. The truly stupendous bonus of just having found the site is the 200+ episodes I have the joy of listening to at my leisure. What cache of audio content to stumble upon!

Great stuf Tony C and all the best for 2012.
